Standard Refund Policy:
A full refund will be given when notified of withdrawal 30 days prior to the start of Camp/Clinic. There will be no refunds given once Camp/Clinic has begun, and no adjustments within 24 hours of the start of camp. Medical refunds will be handled on an individual basis in writing through the Camp Director, and will need doctor's note for approval.
