Standard Refund Policy:
A full refund will be given when notified of withdrawal 30 days prior to the start of Camp/Clinic. Less than 30 days notification will incur a cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given once Camp/Clinic has begun, and no adjustments within 24 hours of the start of camp. Medical refunds will be handled on an individual basis in writing through the Camp Director.
